A5S 50" Full 1080 HD Hi-QLED Smart TV - 50A5STUK

About this TV

The Hisense A5S is a 50-inch smart TV with a Full HD 1080p picture, a sensible size for a typical living room where you want a screen big enough for films and sport without it taking over the wall. Full HD gives a sharp, detailed image at normal sofa distances and suits everyday viewing, including standard broadcast channels, streaming and gaming.

The Hi-QLED in the name is Hisense's branding for its colour-enhanced panel, aimed at giving richer, more vivid colours than a basic LED screen. Bright programmes like nature documentaries, animated films and football on a green pitch should look lively and well defined.

As a smart TV, it can connect to your home network so you can open streaming apps directly on the screen, without needing a separate box or stick. It's a straightforward choice for a main TV in a smaller lounge, a second screen in a bedroom or a family room where you want a good-sized picture and easy access to on-demand content.
