Series 6 9kg Heat Pump Tumble Dryer - WQG24502GB

About this tumble dryer

The Bosch Series 6 WQG24502GB is a 9kg heat pump tumble dryer, a generous capacity that suits family laundry. A 9kg drum takes a full load from a large washing machine in one go, or bulky items such as a double duvet cover and towels, so you run fewer cycles through the week.

Heat pump technology is the main reason to choose this model. Instead of venting hot, damp air outside, it recycles warm air through the drum and collects the moisture in a water container. That makes it far more economical to run than a conventional vented or condenser dryer, which you'll notice in your energy bills if you tumble dry regularly. It also dries at lower temperatures, which is kinder to fabrics and helps clothes keep their shape and colour.

Because it doesn't need an outside vent, you can place it almost anywhere with a plug socket, such as a kitchen, utility room or spare cupboard. Sensor drying monitors moisture in the load and finishes the cycle once clothes are dry, helping prevent over-drying and creasing. Series 6 is Bosch's mid-to-upper range, so expect solid build quality and a sensible choice of programmes for everyday fabrics.
