QNED87 50" 4K QNED Mini LED Smart TV - 50QNED87B6A

About this TV

The LG QNED87 brings a 50-inch 4K screen to living rooms and bedrooms where a larger set would feel too dominant. Its 4K resolution offers four times the detail of Full HD, so streamed films, sport and documentaries look sharp and textured, even when you're sitting fairly close.

What sets this model apart is the combination of QNED and Mini LED technology. QNED is LG's approach to colour, designed to give rich, accurate shades. Mini LED backlighting uses many tiny LEDs behind the panel, so the TV can control brightness more precisely across the picture. Day to day, that means deeper-looking dark scenes, brighter highlights and less of the washed-out grey you can get on standard LED TVs, which is especially welcome when watching in the evening.

As an LG smart TV, it runs LG's webOS platform, giving you access to popular streaming apps straight from the home screen without needing a separate stick or box. It's a well-rounded choice if you want a noticeable step up in picture quality without moving to a bigger screen.
